 What is the return policy? A: The Certificate of Authenticity grants a guarantee covering manufacturing defects. Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced. No other returns, refunds or exchanges are available at this time. Does Evolution Jewels™ sell to resellers? A: We are not currently seeking additional reseller accounts, however, we do support our existing reseller accounts. Does Evolution JewelsTM have an affiliate program? Out-of-stock items are mailed with-in two-three weeks. All orders are shipped UPS ground (5-10 business days) unless otherwise arranged.
